Terms and Conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- Cooling-off period: The period during which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal;
- Consumer: A natural person who does not act in the course of a trade, business, or profession and enters into a contract with the entrepreneur remotely;
- Entrepreneur: The legal entity or individual offering products and/or services remotely to consumers;
- Distance contract: A contract concluded remotely between the entrepreneur and the consumer, using an organised system for remote sales;
- Right of withdrawal: The consumer's right to cancel the contract within the cooling-off period;
- Durable medium: Any instrument that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information so it can be retrieved and reproduced unchanged in the future;
- Terms and Conditions: These General Terms and Conditions of the entrepreneur.

Article 3 – Applicability
- These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and every contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
- Before the contract is concluded, the consumer will be provided with a copy of these Terms and Conditions.
- If the contract is concluded electronically, the Terms and Conditions will be available for download.
- Any situations not covered by these Terms and Conditions will be assessed in line with the spirit of these conditions.
Article 4 – The Offer
- All offers are non-binding, and the entrepreneur reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers.
- Product images and descriptions are indicative and may slightly differ from the actual product.
- The entrepreneur is not bound by any obvious errors or misprints in the offer.
Article 5 – The Contract
- The contract comes into effect when the consumer accepts the offer and fulfils the stipulated conditions.
- The entrepreneur will confirm acceptance via email.
- If the entrepreneur cannot fulfil an order, the consumer is entitled to a full refund.
- The entrepreneur takes appropriate technical and organisational security measures for electronic transactions.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
- The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing a reason.
- During this period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care.
- The consumer must return the product within 14 days of withdrawal, bearing the shipping costs.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
- The consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- The entrepreneur will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Article 8 – Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made products based on consumer specifications;
- Sealed hygiene products that have been unsealed.
- Exclusion is only valid if clearly stated in the product offer.
Article 9 – Pricing
- All prices include VAT.
Article 10 – Warranty and Conformity
- The entrepreneur guarantees that products comply with the contract and legal standards of quality.
- Any defects or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
- The warranty is void if:
- The product is misused or improperly installed;
- The damage is caused by external factors such as lightning, water, or power surges;
- Repairs or modifications are made by third parties.
Article 11 – Delivery and Execution
- The entrepreneur aims to deliver orders within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.
- The risk of loss or damage transfers to the consumer upon delivery.
Article 12 – Liability
- The entrepreneur is not liable for:
- Damage resulting from incorrect use or installation of the product;
- Damage caused by external factors (e.g. power surges, lightning, water damage);
- Modifications or repairs carried out by the consumer or third parties;
- Indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of revenue due to a defective product.
- The entrepreneur’s total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
- The consumer is responsible for correctly installing and using the product according to the manual.
- The entrepreneur is not liable for any damage caused by a defective product, unless gross negligence or intent is proven.
- If a product causes a fire due to a manufacturing defect, the entrepreneur may refer liability to the manufacturer’s product liability insurance.
Article 13 – Payment
- Payments must be completed within 7 days of purchase.
- In case of non-payment, the entrepreneur may transfer the debt to a collection agency.
Article 14 – Complaints Procedure
- Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days after the issue has been discovered.
- The entrepreneur will respond to complaints within 14 days.
- If no resolution is reached, the complaint can be submitted to an independent dispute resolution body.
Article 15 – Dispute Resolution
- All contracts between the entrepreneur and the consumer are governed by UK law.
- Any disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
Article 16 – Force Majeure
- The entrepreneur is not liable for delays or damages caused by force majeure, including war, pandemics, natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.
Article 17 – External Applications
- Some products require an external application that is not managed by the entrepreneur.
- Any additional costs for app usage are payable to the app developer.
- The entrepreneur is not responsible for updates, outages, or changes to the app.
Article 18 – Final Provisions
- By placing an order with Beldeur.co.uk, the consumer automatically agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
