Shipping information

Have you ordered one or more products on Beldeur ? Then we will send the products to you in sturdy packaging and as soon as possible. The following applies:

* If possible, we will send the order by letter post.
* You can easily track the status of your order via this page .
* It is also possible to send your package to Belgium or another country.

Shipping Method
The packages are sent with RoyalMail and delivered on weekdays between 09:00 and 21:30. On Saturdays between 09:00 and 17:00. We send small orders as much as possible by letter post. In case of extra busy times at Royal Mail, your package will be sent with other reliable carriers, such as Amazon, Evri or Yodel, so that your order is still delivered quickly and safely.

Postage costs
Beldeur wants to keep the costs for sending the order as low as possible. We do this by, for example, sending small products by mail in a bubble envelope instead of a box. Currently, no shipping costs are charged.

Alternative delivery address
Do you want to order a product for someone else or have an order delivered to your workplace? Then fill in the desired delivery address in the contact details. Are all the products you want to order in the shopping cart? Then click on 'To step 2 - Your address details'. In the address details you must enter both a delivery address and an invoice address.

Delivery time
We process orders within one business day and ship them within two business days. The exact delivery time depends on your location and the availability of the product and the workload of the courier services. You can usually expect your order within five to eight business days. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated delivery date and a tracking number to follow your package.
