Return Policy

Packaging

  • The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • All products must be in factory condition.
  • Please include the fully completed return form in the package.
  • Stick the return label clearly visible on the outside of the package.
  • Please keep your proof of shipping carefully.

Dispatch

  • Drop off the package at a post office of your choice.
  • Please keep your shipping receipt, as this is your guarantee that the package has been shipped.

Exchange

Want to exchange a product instead of returning it? You can!

  • Please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt to submit your exchange request.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
  • Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will send you the replacement product as soon as possible.
  • If the desired product has a different price, we will settle the difference via the original payment method.

Exchange costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.
  • If you return a product due to a defect within the warranty period or an incorrect delivery, we will reimburse the return costs afterward.

We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of cancellation, provided that the product has been received by us in good condition.

Where do you receive the amount?

We'll refund the amount using the same payment method you used. If this isn't possible, we'll contact you.

Take the package to a post office of your choice. You'll receive a proof of postage there. Keep this proof in a safe place until your return has been fully processed. This proof may be required in case of any problems during transport.
