To expand our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service employee who offers our customers the best possible service.

What are you going to do?
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You help them with questions about products, orders and technical support. You work via e-mail, telephone and chat to resolve customer questions as quickly and professionally as possible. In addition, you think about improvements in customer service and contribute to an optimal customer experience.

Your tasks:

  • Answering customer questions via email, telephone and chat

  • Advising on our products and providing technical support

  • Resolving issues with orders and returns

  • Administrative tasks such as maintaining customer data

  • Thinking about process improvements to make customer service more efficient

What are we asking?

  • Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written

  • Customer-oriented and proactive attitude

  • Experience in customer service is a plus, but not a requirement

  • Affinity with technology and smart home security

  • Good communication skills and problem solving ability

  • Basic knowledge of computers and administrative systems
