Beldeur Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Beldeur product. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
1. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.

All items and accessories must be included and in factory condition.

Please include the completed return form inside the package.

Attach the return shipping label clearly on the outside of the box.

Keep your proof of shipment until your return is fully processed.
If items are returned damaged, used, or incomplete, we may reduce or decline the refund.
2. How to Return Your Order

Start your return:
Contact our Customer Service team at info@beldeur.com within 14 days of receiving your order. -
Prepare your package:
Pack the product securely (ideally in its original packaging) to prevent damage during shipping. -
Ship it back:
Drop off the package at any shipping carrier of your choice. Keep your proof of postage safe until your return is confirmed.
3. Exchanges
Want to exchange instead of return? No problem!

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to submit your exchange request.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Once we’ve received and inspected your item, we’ll ship the replacement right away.

If the replacement has a different price, we’ll charge or refund the difference via your original payment method.
4. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you received a defective product or the wrong item, Beldeur will reimburse your return shipping after inspection.
5. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 10–14 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

You’ll receive a full refund (excluding shipping fees, if applicable).

Refunds are processed via the original payment method. If that’s not possible, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a defect within the warranty period, please contact our support team immediately.
We’ll provide a prepaid return label and ensure a fast replacement or refund.
7. Important Notes

Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refund.

Always keep your proof of shipment as evidence in case of shipping issues.
